Mike Rice Reminds Me of My Asshole High School Coach [Video]

I’m not gonna say that I was the next coming of Michael Jordan, but I was the best player on my team.

I quit playing basketball after my sophomore year in high school because my coach was the most abusive man I’d ever met in met in my life. He would push us around. He would call us “f****ts” and “pansy boys” and “p*****s.”

He would tell us that we were such little bitches that none of us were allowed to stand to take a piss. He would follow you into the bathroom and make you sit down. Most of us didn’t go. He also did that on purpose because he would get really angry if anyone dared interrupt his practice by having to take a piss in the first place.

He would throw balls at us and cuss constantly. He would push us and twice got into screaming matches in the face of a particularly talented freshman who also quit after just one year.

My junior year, the team won 3 games. Anyone who had any shred of self-respect quit.

The difference between my coach and Rutgers men’s basketball coach is that he is a college coach and we were 15 year old kids. Rutgers basketball players have a choice of who they play for — we didn’t.

Other than that it’s been there done that for me. Nothing Mike Rice did is anything my high school basketball coach didn’t do. In fact, my coach was a little worse than the video below.

When I watch s**t like this it just makes me want to go back as an adult and beat his short little ass.
